Madam speaker, izaakia will not accept a retroactive change in the rules of the WF, in what it sees as a potential move to victimise the kingdom in an unjust manner and clear violation of the charter of the WF.
Madame Speaker, if you allow me: There is no retroactive change to the rules planned to happen upon my knowledge, so in any case, you won't need to fear we will want to pose unjust actions against you.

The rules and laws by which a nation is judged do not change. With these changes of the rules of the WF, Izaakia would not be more or less guilty than before. What would change is if this organisation itself should be able to take active action against violations of international law or not, or if that still will be up to individual nations.

Madame Speaker,
the Republic of Snolland has two questions to the proposed treaty, that need further clarification. Honourable delegates from Eareamland and GI-Land, in point 1 you made, you suggest a full demilitarisation of the regions. Does that mean, native military from Brödmark and La Montagne should not be present either? I would like to see, that you further define, what you mean by "demilitarisation", because I think, we can understand what you mean, but right now, there's potentially too much wiggle room for the Kingdom of Izaakia to criticise this proposal. Madam speaker, The Kingdom of Izaakia would like to criticise measures to demilitarise the areas as a motion to destabilise the regions, whether intentionally or otherwise. We will not leave a power vacuum in these nations.
Eareamland meant that no foreign army shall be allowed to go into the territories (Especially Izaakian).
Destabilisation is not an issue, as their own militaries shall do a suitable enough job. If required, Eareamland will personally guarantee the 2 nations' independence, if the WF cannot.

Madam speaker, representatives of the nations of the world. We finally come to the real point of this motion. To remove izaakia from the continent, déstabilise these key regions so eareamland can move in, increase her influence and form her own empire in the north

We still do not know the company's name. We know it invaded La Montagne, but not it's name. How did it get the money to invade a nation? Why did the government not respond by itself? Why did it not ask for aid? All these questions remain unanswered. We ask the honorable Izaakian delegates to answer all these questions.

With the help of the Republic of Snolland and the approval of the representative of Eareamland, the Federal Republic changed the resolution draft regarding certain details.
We are confident, this draft could go into a vote pretty quickly. One more thing to mention before I show the draft: We distance ourselves from any of Eareamland's statements on how to intervene unilaterally into the situation in La Montagne and Brödmark. We will uphold and stick to international law and to our agreements made here, just as we expect others to do so as well. WF-Resolution - Condemnation of the Kingdom of Izaakia
The members of the World Forum are deeply concerned about the development of the Kingdom of Izaakia following the annexations of the regions of La Montagne and Brödmark (subsequently called "regions"), conducted through a private Izaakian company with unknown ties to the official government of Izaakia. To ensure the continued peace and stability on the continent of Bailtem: 1) Izaakia shall withdraw its troops from the regions and cooperate with the World Forum to ensure, the regions are completely demilitarised. This does not include the military La Montagne and Brödmark originally maintained. 2) The regions shall each conduct an independent, democratic vote on their annexation by Izaakia. Only the populace, who lived in the regions prior to the annexation shall have a vote in their respective referendum. Neither local nor foreign powers shall intervene into the referendum, thus directly or indirectly changing the populations' opinion on their annexation. Electoral observers sent by the WF shall ensure, no democratic principle is violated during the referendum, the counting of votes and the proclamation of the result. If the Kingdom of Izaakia does not cooperate with the WF within four weeks after this resolution passed the Assembly, the Speaker shall file a case against its member state for the violation of the self-determination of the peoples in the regions at the International Court.

I don't want to rush anything, but seeing how Izaakia is changing more and more how La Montagne and Brödmark works, which would also make it very difficult for our resolution to work, and also mentioning, that Izaakia violated more common rules of warfare today by flying unannounced air strikes against the Kingdom of Valora, one of our honourable members, we would like to urge you to undertake swift action as far as it is possible.
