The Frost Empire stated that it stands firm with its allies and trusts that the provisional government led by King Gianluca IV would follow through with their promise to hold elections in September for a new government in stark contrast to Izaakian concerns. When asked why the Empire was confident that King Gianluca would hold elections in September, Foreign Minister Kuribayashi stated, "It was the restraint of the Gianlucan government and King Gianluca that kept their troops out of the Reizen Civil War when they weren't needed, and it was the same restraint they exercised that allowed them to gain the trust of countries throughout the region to get a tenure on both the World Forum Speakership and Committee of international Law.
