Still no word from Vercopian officials. There have also been anonymous reports of a part of the Vercopian ships heading into the waters of the sparsely-populated plot 058. Images gathered by national intelligence agencies have left experts befundled:
"Three months ago the Vercopian navy consisted of only a few Ryccian War era frigates, but now they seem to possess ships of similar make to other modern vessels."

Following the announcement that the Kyrinian and Kys governments will create separate sovereign republics within the state for its ethnic minorities, many Ryccian refugees in Sedunn have expressed interest in moving there. However, many are worried about the drastically increased military activity in the region as a result from the unexplained naval movements by Vercopa, and have pleaded both the Kyrinian and Sedunnic government for help.

There have been confirmed reports of raids by the Vercopian military across small coastal settlements of plot 058. Captives have been sighted being herded into ships at gunpoint. Closer inspection of images gathered by inteligency agencies also reveals most of the Vercopian equipment to be of Noctenosian make, specifically from Rhino Corps. - a large arms manufacturer that has already been involved in several corruption scandals in Noctenos.

Kys has announced an embargo on Rhino Corps, and made the company illegal in Kys. The decision was made in retaliation for the sale of weapons to Vercopia. Additionally, top administrators of the now-banned company are now wanted in the Federation for helping "violate the Federation's sovereignty and integrity". If caught in Kysian territory, they could face up to 10-20 years in prision.
