In response to the recent event in Kyrini, The Peony offers her condolences, however in an interview:
"A teenager shot 12 teachers and 2 police officers in a Kyrinian Public School, it doesn't fit to our head what on earth they're thinking over there, this is the result of the dilution of national values, for a society that could not educate its children and protect its teachers - has no tommorow, has no future. We hope conditions are resolved within the borders of our honorable neighbour."

The Leader and King Gianluca IV. condemned the "No. 4 Massacre" as something, that maybe could have get prevented, with a better professional conduct regarding the knowledge of the shooter's suicidial thoughts, he may had have.
At the same time, he expressed his condolences to the affected persons, especially the shooter's mother (that her son chose the wrong track for showing his protest and so burdening more problems on the familie's shoulders) and the families of the killed people.

The Kensei administration and the Frost Emperor have released a joint statement condemning the violence of the "No. 4 massacre" and expressing their condolences to the victims. The Imperial Frost government has also urged the IU to treat children with dignity and compassion than as a statistic.
