There has been a request by multiple council members to repeal and rethink the current committee of foreign affairs, the reason being that it is outdated and isn't as reliable as it should be. The LOHP council will meet to discuss the topic next Monday.

Over the weekend, President Detwiler spoke in front of the Senate, asking them to approve his nominations for Council quickly.
Detwiler, known for his witty one liners in his speeches, addressed senators telling them to "hold on tight. We're going to go from zero to sixty in less than a second."

In an interview with the weekly newspaper "Zonk" Kirchmann said, he wouldn't make camp-style election campaigns.

"We will see, who would be a better or a worse partner for us in the next few months, depending on the reactions of the parties on our campaign promises. A camp-style election campaign doesn't exist with the SLP!"

In what can only be described as unusual even for Frost standards, Several Frost Airforce squadrons were reportedly seen escorting a cargo plane over Transsunerian airspace back to the home islands. Separately a frost naval fleet escorting an unmarked prison vessel was reportedly sighted skirting the Sedunnic EEZ.
