The budget is 120 million Tenn for five years.

Izaakian Aeronautics and the Ministry of Defence have announced that they are in the late stages of development for a hydrogen powered helicopter, and robust flight testing will begin shortly. Minister of Defence Godrick Kim said “This is a major step in the army going green” and smirked.

A leaked Point Rain Armories memorandum stated that the Company should be prepared to offer cheaper hybrid powered military vehicles to foreign states foolishly invested in Hydrogen powered vehicles. A spokesperson for the company has denied that the contents of the memorandum are true and wished the Izaakian government all the best in a costly fuel source.

In a tongue in cheek gesture an Izaakian Aeronautics spokes person has commended Rain Armouries on their commitment to climate change which will make Ryccia considerably less hospitable and Izaakia considerably more so.

Once again, King Leonidas refused the offer, instead threatening to execute his sister for "high treason against the Crown" if she does not surrender by the time the ceasefire expires. The Ryccian Federation has warned King Leonidas to "moderate" his language for the sake of "peace and regional stability".

Former Izaakian minister Charles Boulangerie has been seen in public for the first time in the four months since his resignation from government. In an interview to journalists outside parliament he has revealed that he has undergone experimental surgery on his back, and regained some control of his lower body. During the interview he revealed that he can walk assisted and hopes to make a full recovery over time. He was then hit by a Framboise Madeleine in a protest, which he found amusing as he founded the Petite Boulangerie company which makes the jam filled baked goods.

Izaakian Railways have signed a contract with RMA for the Lightning train. The contract agrees a supply of 200 per year for 5 years, at a unit cost of $34 million per unit with options to extend.
