Hmmm.....dunno. I guess, GI-Land would, at the time of the battle, whether be an isolationistic country or a country with quite a big and strong military (or both). Humanitarian Aid? *breaks out in laughter*

Regarding the fact, that Humanitarian Aid is perhaps not or only very little known and maybe even more, that the country will perhaps be isolationistic, I dunno, how GI-Land could convincingly participate in that.

Only because we were isolationistic at some time, doesn't mean, we haven't had the industrialisation or the progress of it
