the Charter of the World Forum intends that the Committees are only for monitoring purposes and for pre-discussing topics which are then submitted, if needed, to the Assembly debate or resolution process. They have, so to say, a "proposal right" and could suggest, that the Assembly needs to take swift action. The power to actually execute actions lies fully in the hands of the Assembly though. Since the delegate of Termina rejected a motion to vote, I'll wait 48 h for any substantial critique or amending proposal. If this didn't happen, I'll ask to motion for a vote again and will wait once again for 48 h, since all members should have the chance to vote against that motion. I hope you understood, what I mean. The Termina Commerce Confederacy rejected the motion to vote on the grounds that we be granted adequate time analyze and determine the benefits of the motion. At this time the Confederacy does not have a substantial critique but would request that the motion not be brought to a vote until 48 hours has passed.
Alright, I would like to propose a motion to vote then once again.

You are now entitled to vote on the proposed resolution by the Federal Republic of GI-Land suggested on 19 January 2020 for the next 5 days (until 3 February 2020, 21:30 h GMT). The resolution will get adopted, if a majority of the votes is in favour for it. While GI-Land of course supports this motion, I'd like to follow former Speaker Bailey's example in this round of voting: GI-Land: Abstain Christian Strunk Speaker of the Assembly Ambassador of the Federal Republic of GI-Land
