As President of the United Federation of States of Techganet, it is my obligation to protect and represent our interests across the South Pacific as well as the world. With the approval of King Faddchnor of Chienot, I extend to you a request to join this prestigious organisation. The Assemblies of the Stateshall and Senate are on standby to ratify the Charter in the event this request is granted. We believe that in joining this organisation, we will broaden international dialogue between our country and the outside world. We shall appoint Gachiehilm Chakunachdchk as our World Forum representative. Enclosed below is our application for member status. We hope that you will accept our request and induct us into this august institution. Thank you for your time and attention.
