Considering the general practices of a democratic general assembly, I can consider that the proposals for a new location for the headquarters of the PNA somehow like an amendment to the actual proposition, thus considering that, in most cases, it is not possible to call for a vote on a proposition once an amendment has been proposed, I will consider the proposition of the honourable delegate from Eareamland as inadmissible at this stage of the debate and will consider the proposal of the honourable delegate from GI-Land to call for a vote on the PNA headquarters as admissible. So, unless there are new proposals for a headquarters, and/or nations which wanted to have a say on the matter, the following places were proposed to host the PNA.

Royaltica agrees with the Ryccian Federation and Anserisa regarding the proposal, and will only sign if a significant majority of nations sign.
Honourable delegates, the results of the vote to amend the proposition on the location of the headquarters of the PNA are as follows:
Government Island: GI-Land: Izaakia: 1 Kaha'i: 2 FiHami: Anserisa: 3 Snolland: *We have considered only the first choice of the honourable delegate from Royaltica. The proposition is thus amended to allocate the headquarters of the PNA in Anserisa. As Anserisan delegate to the World Forum, I must thank all the delegates for their show of confidence in our small nation to host such an important institution. We can then resume on the original proposition. There was a call to vote, I would still prefer to wait a little if some members wanted to express themselves before putting the resolution for a vote. If this proposed treaty is imposed on all members of the World Forum upon passage, the Ryccian Federation shall automatically withdraw from this international organization upon its ratification. You might as well rename this body to the "Disarmament Treaty Organization" to reflect the loss of this body's legitimacy to provide a forum to all nations for international concerns and disputes.
