@VPRB I know, I know, communism is good and stuff, but I still got a tiny complaint Tounge

1) If the party shall really vote fully socialist or communist: The segment of "Other" parties does include a communist party also, which is even more extreme than the Left. Of course it won't get into parliament though, but maybe you'd like to consider giving some votes to "Others".

2) Maybe even foreign elections are not free in Bruuma and the other countries, however I'd overthink, whether Gianlucians abroad would really vote 100% for the LGI. At least some votes should maybe go to other parties in order to prevent allegations of fraudulent votes and the eventual subsequent invalidation of all votes coming from your countries Happywide
Of course you can leave everything as it is right now. Just wanted to inform you about my train of thoughts.

OOC:
I hereby close the question segment (couldn't answer them until midnight anymore). If you haven't already, you could still vote. The results of the election are made up already for the most part though, so it would mainly alter the result of absentee votes, but not the general results anymore.
I will post more info today in the evening, when I come back from IRL vote counting or tomorrow Happywide

Here are the official voting results from the foreign absentee voters of all the nations, who have posted their results here:

What counts in the end however is the final result, which can be seen here:

The clear winners of the election are the Green Party and the conservative KPHA, who were able to more than triple their results from 2017. The Free Party can be proud of itself too though, as they jumped into parliament again after four years in the ex-parliamentary opposition.
A party that did not reach its set goals was definitely the AVP, which was not able to gather conservative voters behind themselves and thus will be in a weak negotiation position during the upcoming citizens' assembly. Head of the party von Neptungsberg: "It is really bad, that people focusing on Atlantic interests will not join the next Königspalast. I would have hoped for a better result, that shows the old parties, that they can't continue on their current path, because I know, people are sick of it. Sadly we couldn't reach a mandate, but we'll continue the struggle."
The Social Liberals however are the true losers of the evening. Again they have lost roughly 10% of their vote share in comparison to the last election. If we take into account, the SLP has incorporated the Social Democratic Party and the Pirate Party - all three of them together had collected 67.5% of the votes in 2017 - this year's result looks even more devastating. Marco Chulz, chancellery candidate of the SLP: "After a long and serious discussion with our King and Leader, we came to the agreement, it is best for me to resign and to not partake in the upcoming coalition talks as head of the Social Liberal Party", he said in a press conference not even 24 hours after the election took place.
The King and Leader, one of the highest ranking board members of the SLP and provisional Chancellor, commented: "I will take over Chulz' position in the coalition talks and after they have been conducted, the party base and all the heads of the party will sit down together and look, where we went wrong and what we can do differently to gain the trust of the voters again. A result of 25.4%, even though we are the second biggest party in parliament with it, has to be unacceptable for us."

The coalition talks still have not ended. Marja Sanddorn, chancellery candidate of the Greens, has formulated, she wants to lead the next government, but it is unclear yet, with which partners.

226 seats are needed for a majority in parliament. The Greens could work together with either the Social Liberals or the Conservatives. "It all depends on who we can get more on board for real climate action. At the moment the talks are somewhat stuck, because the Social Liberals are too busy with collecting themselves and the KPHA wants us to moderate too much, when it comes to saving our basis of existence", criticised Sanddorn in an interview last Thursday. This begs the question, if not the SLP, KPHA and the FPG could work together to form a new government. Together they'd have 266 seats. FPG chairwoman Klacena as well as former WF-Speaker and SLP member Strunk are not in favour of this solution though. "This is a mathematical possibility, but nothing more. The voters have clearly given the Greens the mandate to form a coalition, we shouldn't break their trust", Klacena formulated.

With this the story continues...
