Issue XXXII – 2020 in Review

The year 2020 is officially over and with that we can conclude this year in roleplay. 2021 is awaiting us with more innovative, cool and new ideas. The new fantasy canon “Aurora” will probably rise to become a very significant canon in the next year. New roleplayers will join us whereas we sadly will need to say farewell to one or two older players also. The wiki, which was founded at the beginning of 2020 will move its servers and contents somewhere else and we all will try to make this happen as smoothly as possible. The TSP-RP-Discord-Server will welcome new members and maybe we will even find a better solution for the IC/OOC-knowledge problem, that is currently existing for Discord-roleplays.
2021 will be exciting IRP and IRL as well. The vaccines are rolling out and while we likely still have to deal with the pandemic until the 2nd half of 2021, the silver lining on the horizon is there, that a relatively normal life is ought to be possible soon again.
Let us look back at 2020 now though, just to see from where we are coming from.

TSP RP's General Changes in 2020

2020 brought many changes to the organization of TSP-Roleplay. In the beginning of the year the forum has received a new structure. A Discord server and the roleplay guides by @Hammerstar have made the roleplay community of The South Pacific more accessible to future players than ever before. Furthermore national factbooks have been condensed and summarized by the introduction of the “Permanent Nation Survey” and the new Political Geography Office led by @Tin the Free, and the establishment of a new iteration of the TSP-RP wiki.
It is also notable, that the community has settled for IC-names for all bodies of water in the regional map and has reached an agreement regarding the composition of the IC solar system.

Discussions still left open at the moment involve the naming of the polar circle – a thread for it has been created by @Jay Coop in February – and the origin and migration routes of modern humans in The South Pacific – @Qwert has opened a thread for this in October.
More debates on several topics, that will shape our commonly accepted canon will definitely follow, so if you want to make your voice heard in those discussions, keep your eyes open for new threads in the subforums “Main Canon - Maps”/”Main Canon – Facts”.

The Pacifican Review

Writing a summary about our main canon in 2020 is not easy. We had at least 12 major roleplays, which started and/or finished in 2020 and several more roleplay-stubs, that have never really taken off or that the respective author(s) abandoned after the first post. Additionally there were no less than 96 pages of Flash News and minimum a dozen IC newspaper articles written in this year alone.
How should anyone be able to have an overview about all of this? The answer is simple and might be a little depressing: One cannot. That is why I personally want the TIR to develop into something new and old players alike can refer to, if they want to stay updated on the happenings of our roleplays without much effort.
Let us dive into what happened in 2020!

Major events

The Bailtem Union was formed through the Bailtem Declaration of Eareamland on the 13th June 2020. The Treaty of E'gai formally established the organization on the 12th December 2020, almost exactly half a year later. As a reaction to this, the North Cordilian Union was founded on 19th September 2020. Anserisa, Antarcha, Erinor & Sereva, Frost, GI-Land, Sedunn, Snolland and Transsuneria are also in talks about a deeper cooperation agreement, but did not agree to an alliance yet.

On 3rd December 2020 several nations lead by the Peocracy of Huawan set out again in a exploratory mission to find the missing flight HIA402, to which all towers lost contact in 2005.

Mainly in August 2020 the 19th Football World Championship has been played out in GI-Land. This year included a qualification round for the first time and a record number of 32 participants in the final round. In the end Snolland won the tournament with a 2-0 victory over Hazelbrust and thus will host the 20th edition of the competition in 2022. In next year’s summer Huawan will welcome us to the 10th Women’s Football World Championship.

The major event of the Kalkaran War between the Valkyrian Republic and the Union of Hystaiga, which has begun on 5 November 2019, was the occupation of the Hystaigan capital Karelia in the first quarter of the year. At the moment the Valkyrians seem to be able to hold their occupied areas, but it is rumoured, the Hystaigans might fight back and liberate themselves soon. The war has led to severe economic sanctions against Valkyria and tariffs on Valkyrian goods.

The Reizen Civil War, which started in August 2017, came to an end on the 15 June 2020 with the detonation of seven nuclear warheads by the retreating “Reizen Independence Movement” (RIM). This event is now generally referred to as the “Seven Pillars Tragedy”. Other notable events in this year included the short occupation of Zett Island by Bzerneleg, the Battle of the Karelins (Transsuneria) and the bloody artillery strikes during the Battle of Credence Airfield. The situation in Reizen, which led to the civil war in the first place, has gotten resolved by the Treaty of Ikireijin entering into force on 14th November 2020.

“Sechststurm” begun on the 28th August 2020. Especially around the city of Rungenbouen Texeteti’ and his supporters try to convince people, also with force and violence, that everyone except of them is brainwashed and a civil war resulting in the new, 6th constitution of the Federal Republic of Besern is needed. A short war-like stint between Eareamland and Absolustan at the Besern border does not alleviate the situation.

The situation in the Kingdom of Valora comes to a head as a civil war between royalists and rebels breaks out in Ryccia’s puppet state. As Ryccian politicians and military personnel gets increasingly worried about the public executions of alleged rebels and fear a genocide on Ryccian expats in Valora, a coup d’état against Prime Minister Altrecht is attempted. It kind of worked…

OOC:
The 6th survey on the most powerful Pacifican nations, conducted in November 2020, found Sedunn, GI-Land, Valkyria, Huawan and the Frost Empire to be the currently most powerful nations in our roleplay.

GID-20 has been a disease coming up in roleplay for the first half of the year, including the discovery of a treatment by Huawan and many cases of the illness and many deaths notably in Qaweritoyu. However the roleplay community decided unanimously to mostly retcon the events and “brush it under the rug” (see Discord-channel #pacifica-worldbuilding, messages from 22nd November 2020). The original inventor of the disease is not around in our roleplay anymore and probably will not come back either (according to current information) and many people were not “in the mood” to roleplay a pandemic during a partly depressing pandemic in real life anyway.

Minor events

Anserisa elects a new Congress on 1st June 2020. The Socialist Union can gain 2 seats.

Antarcha experiences dismay of many protestors against the lifestyle of the royalty. Eventually the abolishment of the imperial family is discussed even in elite circles.

Apartment 11F somehow manages to secede from Shang Ye albeit only being an apartment with Chen ‘Scar’ Xu being the only inhabitant. While all international treaties are valid, not all Pacifican countries recognize the apartment’s official status as a nation.

Beepee elects a new parliament at the end of January, with the Conservative Party of Stan Bach winning the most seats. His government had to deal especially with massive amounts of dead fish in local waters.

Bruuma’s Eternal Leader Papa Unclepear resigned and died. Brother Unclepear has taken over as head of state.

Eareamland spends much of its GDP on space projects. Meanwhile King James embarrasses the nation internationally, whenever he makes a public appearance.

Erinor & Sereva holds the first general election in the country’s history since their federalization in 2018. It takes place on 13th February 2020 with Marcora asa’si Varsa area eventually becoming the new Ura’sia (PM) of the country. The formation of a conservative-nationalist coalition has fueled worries about new tensions between Erinorans and Serevans in the country.

The King of Ezervulge, King Péter II Sárkanyőlő, makes his first public appearances after a long time, always hiding under a traditional dragon mask.

FiHami introduces the classical Finixi naming system for all Finixian citizens in January 2020 (First name + Tribe name). As a reaction to that, the Frost Empire passes an anti-identity theft bill, scrutinizing any individual from a country with an identification system in place, which promotes identity theft.
Another shock had to be endured, when the message of the alleged death of Ha’Coron Finix Fi’Shi arrived on 13th January 2020. In reality she does not die until the 21st June 2020 during an offensive against violent matriarch fundamentalists. Her deceases spark a political revolution in FiHami. That includes a rise in popularity for lunatic Texeteti’ Kilaweioni, a vote on a constitution (which was not approved), and the declaration of Skai Ofiri as the first male high-priest of FiHami. The latter is seen as a sign, that the men’s rights movement in the matriarch state is making huge progress.
On 7th November 2020 Kilaui Kuri is reelected as FiHamian PM.

FiHamian PM-candidates. Kilaui Kuri (2nd from left) would win, while Texeteti' Kilaweioni (middle) would be the most prominent politician from FiHami this year (apart from Finix Fi'Shi)

In GI-Land GIN and other major news outlets uncover illegal financial activities in the Social Democratic Party. Eventually the Social Liberal Party will take over the Social Democrats and the ideologically similar Pirate Party of GI-Land.
A census finds around 27 million people living in GI-Land.
The Gianlucian government decides to phase out of nuclear energy until 2040 and to mandate pet owners to prove, they are capable of treating their furry family members right.
Former WF-speaker Christian Strunk announces his intent to run for chancellery in the 2021 federal elections. Those elections will further stand out as the parliament decided to reduce its seats from 650 to 450.

Huawan reintroduces super-sonic flights between Lian and Grovne on 29th February 2020 gauging the market for super-sonic air travel. In the end they dismiss their plans to revive this form of travel though.
On 29th October 2020 the Peony announces, that her position will be held under review by the leaders of the People’s Council, Royal Council and Supreme Court every four years as of now. On top of that she formulates the goal of launching the first Pacifican mission to Tyr.

Izaakia’s former PM Ernest Le Rogue abuses his powers to annex La Montagne and Brödmark in August 2020 for his kingdom. Empress Astrid and the current PM Valkyrie Mountbatten tolerate this move. The international community eventually condemns these acts of aggression and forces the country to agree to hold internationally observed referenda on the annexations in the regions the latest in March 2021. A crackdown on religion to make the annexed regions secular was imposed by the government.
After the Valorans set a bounty on Empress Astrid’s head, Izaakia conducts an illegal airstrike on Valora without a declaration of war.
On a more positive note Izaakia is in strong support of legislations and movements connected to environmental protection and also launches the project “CosmosNet” with the newly founded “Ministry of Space”. It offers internet literally everywhere on Pacifica via satellite.

In Kosbareland the Orange Liberation Movement is acting up, as concerns arise, that the federal government will diminish the political power of the individual regions of the country.

Mauquibie discusses, whether the Chamber of Peers will officially allow party affiliations instead of holding up the image of the “independent nobility”.

Phanama plans to change the name of “District 4” to “Natans”.

Prarie is in the midst of a civil war since August 2020, while still remaining politically relatively stable.

Qaweritoyu’s allegedly Marxist government introduces slavery and theocracy on 31st December 2019/1st January 2020 again, while electing Manuel Ortega as new president of the country, which immediately abolished geronticide at least. Just a couple of days later, Ortega would be replaced by Christopher Elliott. Mainly the reintroduction of slavery leads to a huge backlash by several governments and left-wing politicians from all around Pacifica.
The official introduction of a socialist economic system as a replacement of a capitalist system is met by mixed feelings from the international stage. While countries like Bruuma or Huawan negotiate deeper relations with Qaweritoyu, countries like Ryccia and Bzerneleg are huge critics of this reform. The created mess has had a negative impact on Prime Minister Barrett’s domestic approval also, with her ranking as the least popular PM of Qaweritoyu in 31 years. Eventually the country abolishes theocracy, slavery and prohibition again and reintroduces marriage on the 22nd January 2020.
Historical records found in February and March suggest, the list of Prime Ministers of Qaweritoyu since the nation’s formation in 1899 misses up to ten names of persons with a certain ethnic background. PM Barret apologizes publically for this.
The General Election on 1st June 2020 is the first Qaz election held completely online.
Later in June tensions between Qaweritoyu and Ryccia are on an all-time high, with Ryccia blockading the country, especially Alton City, reasoning that Qaz human rights abuses have still not being fully investigated. The situation resolves with international help.
Another presidential change occurs in July, when Vicki Berry takes over the office.

The capital of Rondenia falls victim of a short siege by the local military. Eareamian forces liberate it later.

While the entire world seems to protest against royalty, protestors in Ryccia demand the reestablishment of the royal court.

Sedunnic VIP and Stream founder Hejerr Opalen announces his intent to design and manufacture batteries with his new company “Ep”. The government on the other hand decided, that the Sedunnic Speaker of parliament shall be considered the head of state in the future.

Transsuneria’s former “grandmaster” Horace Soormann was found dead.

The United Atlantic builds up military bases all around The South Pacific to secure sea trade routes. Tensions arise with Frost on the bases established in the Rainbow Islands. Domestically the Crimson Liberation Front (CLF) spreads terror in order to reestablish a communist regime.

Valkyria’s right-wing government abolished paid religious leave in January and “deaustralised” the country in December. A hard stance against minorities is also visible throughout the year.
On Referendum Day 2020 the Valkyrian people decide to make the country unicameral.

Several natural disasters like strong tropical storms in FiHami or a flood in Bruuma lead to the international community helping each other out with capital and other resources.

The World Forum in 2020

The most important organization of TSP’s main canon is the World Forum. This year the speakers of the forum came from GI-Land (Christian Strunk, 01-06/2020) and Anserisa (Virginia Vogélium, 07/2020-present). 25 new nations joined the organization as observer or member, which means, that now 43 nations are represented in the Assembly.
Notable events in the World Forum include the finalization of the forum by establishing the Committees and International Court according to the Charter, Ms. Castañielo from the Ryccian delegation sharing sensible info about human rights abuses in Valora to the Assembly, the creation of IACO – the International Anti-Criminal Organisation –, the agreement on the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons and the condemnation of the Kingdom of Izaakia.
A very important discussion brought forward by the delegation of the Kingdom of Sedunn seeks to make amendments to the structure of the forum to increase efficacy. Talks are stuck momentarily though, so the debate is still ongoing in the upcoming speakership-term.

A1-0 for Starters
Written by @StoicMetoik

Greetings my fellow South Pacificans,

I am StoicMetoik, otherwise known as Stoinia. I was asked to write the paragraph on A1-0 to this TIR Year Review and as one of the more active members and self-proclaimed lore master of A1-0, I couldn’t refuse. Let’s take a ride of my personal journey in A1-0 which coincides with nearly the whole year of 2020.

A1-0, perhaps you have seen the sci-fi canon when peeking into the Extra-Canon threads. For those who do not yet know, this canon takes place in the far distant future where advanced civilizations live together in a sector in the Lampshade Galaxy. Last year content was scarce and far between (mostly spearheaded by Qwert’s Treecuu Star Empire flexing their muscles in the face of the entire sector), but that came to change in early 2020. A new player arrived, eager to RP as a nation on forums for the first time. Thus the Stoinian Star Kingdom came to into play and a new start was made in the canon. For I, the Stoinian Star Kingdom, wanted to make the canon vibrant with life and what better way than by threatening to extinguish xeno filth and blame them for every trouble! Tounge

So I sat out to initiate a first contact scenario with the Treecuu in the Stoinian Exploratory Adventures thread. As it was my first thread, I took examples from Qwert’s and Ryccia’s works and applied it to my own. In this thread the Stoinian King plays a dangerous card to initiate first contact. The same way his father did by following a xeno signal, which in his father’s case resulted in a war, costing his life and half of his people’s. However, the Stoinians do not joke around with the Treecuu and make a clear statement by giving the skull of a sentient species which they annually hunt. This somewhat impressed the Treecuu and a statement of peace was agreed upon by both governments. A surprise for the Stoinians who had only known war with aliens.

A visit of the Treecuu took place to formalize agreements between the two nations, most notably a Non-Aggression Pact and trade deals. However, the Treecuu are cunning and together with their new Stoinian allies, agreed upon a mischievous plan to show their populace that cooperation was wishful and productive. The Stoinians would lure out a pirate gang towards the border and the Treecuu would then apprehend them and hand them back over. A planned PR stunt through and through. Next were the openings of embassies and trade routes, but most importantly a Joint Exploratory Fleet that will scout out the A1-0 Sector for new civilizations while forging a military alliance. It appeared that xenos could be productive members of a society and a worthy ally…

This mentality would be put to the test in the Rascal Incident. A Ryccian military escort group had entered Stoinian space and this resulted in a catastrophe as the Stoinian destroyer, Little Rascal, was mistaken for a pirate ship and was destroyed by Ryccian forces. As the debris of the fight settled, it became clear that the Ryccians had fired upon a new contact, but they would not have long before a Stoinian Task Force would arrive. This Task Force was led by none other than High Admiral Chekov, a bloodthirsty Stoinian war veteran eager to revenge the Stoinian blood that had been spilled. To appease the situation, the Stoinian King visited the Ryccian planet of Constantinople. The Stoinians were surprised to see other humans, or Terrans as they call them, in space. It was clear that the Ryccians and their so called “enlightened” way was inclusive to alien races, a foreign concept to the Stoinians. It had appeared that the Stoinians might find more in common with other species rather than their own Terran brethren. Despite the talks, tensions between the two star nations would still stay at an all-time high.

Unfortunately High Admiral Chekov would not be left to rest. A second group of ships was discovered inside Stoinian space and Chekov was already swearing at the Ryccians. However, this incident proved different as instead of finding appalling ideals, he found a friendly Drakari Admiral. Although tensions were still at an all-time high for Chekov, the Drakari Admiral Tessarian proved calm and open. Though some Stoinians might have considered him patronizing. This unexpected visit had revealed that there were living humans in the Drakari Celestial Imperium and as a result of this visit, an inspection was planned to find out if human rights were truly upheld by the Drakari.

During the King’s visit it became clear that the cultural differences might be too big for comfortable alliances. Though not willing to give up on their Terran brethren, the King and the Ryccian government manoeuvred through differences and formed a NAP between the nations. Trade agreements and migration treaties were signed. It might seem that this would be a new beginning between the two nations, but the Stoinians would not easily accept xeno races everywhere and were limited to select planets, while the Ryccians were more open their policy. A tower within the wealthy Executive District on the Ecumenopolis world of Daonlathas, the capital of the Ryccian Empire, was bought as an ambassadorial housing and beachhead for Stoinian civilians to come and explore the Ryccian Empire for themselves.

Meanwhile other players initiated their own first contacts. The Drakari and Finixian ships met one another and contrary to other first contacts, they happened peacefully and without incidents. It had appeared that the two nations had in fact two very similar species: the Drakari and the Dahxi. This helped the bond between the two nations, which have enjoyed peaceful relations since as both, Emperor Julianus of the Drakari and Empress Alari of the Empyre, have met in good faith. It would also appear that the mysterious arrival of humans inside the Drakari was limited to them, but some of those ships might have found their way inside the Empyre Finixis as well. Truly another mystery of the sector…

The Joint Exploratory Fleet of the Treecuu and Stoinians set out to a Joint Inspection of the Terran brethren of the Drakari Celestial Imperium later and remained sceptical of them at first, but soon come around to accept the Drakari for what they were. In the end they were deemed feasible trading partners. This would happen of course after the Stoinian delegation had threatened the Drakari liege when confronted with the Sosa, which looked remarkably the similar to the Mardakii, the ancient terror from the War at home. Fortunately, no further such incidents were reported during the inspections on the many Drakari planets. Contrary to belief, most had been pleasant incidents where the Drakari showed their hospitality.

The Stoinian Legate (Ambassador), Jeffrey David Sinclair, had been moved to the ambassadorial tower on Daonlathas, but as foreign policy had been dictated by the military in the whole history of the Star Kingdom, it wasn’t an easy task for a Marine veteran of the Velutarian War to adapt to the highly sensitive Ryccian society. After an interview with a famous Ryccian journalist had backfired dramatically, a new Velpan aid was assigned to him and with his presence at the session of a Senate hearing, Legate Sinclair would understand his Ryccian brethren more and more. To strengthen the bonds, he has been invited on a vacation leave with a Ryccian High Command Official as to better understand the different cultures. The Legate serves as a prime example for the future generation of the diplomatic corps, but let us hope his first mission won’t come down crumbling.

As you can see the sector is vibrant of political tensions and unease. Who can tell in this ever-evolving landscape if a Stoinia-Ecteen Axis will rise to power and force their order upon the sector? All is uncertain, and turbulent times are yet to come. Meanwhile many other stories have been told, such as lives in the Fortinian Confederacy, stories of the Ryccian Imperial Navy and a tale of unsung heroes from the Velutarian War. The landscape and lore is ever growing in A1-0 and news (which sometimes borders propaganda at times, especially with the Treecuu) is needed to keep up with all these political events. Through factbooks of many nations to news snippets, I believe A1-0 has something to offer for everyone. From light-hearted cuddles between species, to blood drenched war stories. If you hesitate, be sure to give it a try! For me it was all filled with firsts and uncertainties, but I have enjoyed myself thoroughly. From civil wars to balls, first contacts to perhaps a galactic community (akin to the World Forum in the Pacifica Canon) the possibilities are endless. A potential that perhaps has yet to be discovered by TSP roleplayers at large.
Speaking as a newcomer, you shouldn’t hesitate to try this setting yourself. It might seem overwhelming at first as the active players have expanded their nation tremendously. This did not happen all in one day however and the A1-0 community is more than happy to help you out in designing your nations. Hopefully I see more of you in the coming months making A1-0 as vibrant as Pacifica!

The Treasure Island Awards

Five days ago Jay was asking all members of the TSP-RP community to participate in this year's roleplay award survey.
This is nothing new in theory. The latest since 2016, different members of our community were proposing, that we should reward the "best members". The proposals were often fitted only to gameside though or the prizes were a mix out of gameside- and roleplay-awards. Furthermore no system, neither the Cocos nor the Lampshade Awards nor anything in between, were able to stand the test of time.
The result is that there were only prizes given to the community in 2017 and 2018. If you want to see, who has won back then click on the links Smile

With the interest of the responsible gameside ministries to think about and award such prizes tending to go towards - the editor-in-chief does not want to state an exact number - the roleplay community has taken this job into their own hands. We want to reward the most important figures of our roleplay this year and yes, the goal is to make the Treasure Island Awards an annual tradition.

Now, after tallying the results, we can proudly announce the winners in each category:

The South Pacific's roleplay is very diverse. That is why 23 (!) roleplays were nominated for "Best Roleplay" this year. Whether it was just negotiations, a starting point for a broader story arc, which will get developed next year, or an international event: Everything had the chance to win. But in the end only one could. And the winner is:

"What happened to flight HIA402?" by @Hammerstar !

Stories don't come to life without their characters. TSP is home to some notable characters such as The Peony from Huawan, Texeteti' from FiHami or Teemas from the Treecu. Is anyone of them winning this category though?
The winner of the category "Best Character" is...

Finix Fi'Shi by @phoenixofthesun14 !

Who is writing all the stories and characters? Who is building the world to make it as realistic as possible? It's you all, the roleplayers. The question is, who did the overall best job for this? The answer is, it was...

@Hammerstar!

Throughout the year you have seen some beings croaching over Treasure Island, that you've never seen before. Cute little baby turtoises, aiming to become old and noted in this regions roleplay community. You awarded the Best Newcomer of this year and gave the prize to...

@Izaakia!

No award in the world can exist without a "lifetime achievement" prize, that often the oldest peers are being awarded. It is also a prize, that is acting a special "Thank you" to the awardee. Who, did the roleplay community think, needs to receive special thanks?

They thought @Qwert did for his work as TSP's chief-cartographer!

There are many people in any roleplay community, who are eager to spice things up. Another new civil war, maybe a real war, a terrorist attack, just some conflict. I myself am not unguilty of such behaviour either and actually one of my first big roleplays was the participation in the tragedic Ciria earthquake in 2017. Do we always need friction, tensions and violent aggressions to build good stories or have interesting events though? Is peace really not a viable option in roleplay?
The answer is: Of course it is! And there are characters in our roleplay, who served peace this year and those characters themselves deserve to receive a prize: The Treasure Island Peace Prize - our Nobel Peace Prize so to say.

Sadly the winner in this category is not clear yet. Please pay attention to the TIA-thread, where it will get explained, how to determine the winner of the currently existing tie.

Last but not least we all know, that seahorses are one of the coolest creatures. I mean, how crazy is it, that the men are pregnant instead of the women? And have you seen that spiral "tail" they use to float around the water? What's cooler than that? Oh right, the coolest seahorse of TSP is Wink
The following member of our community may call him- or herself this:

@GI-Land! (Thank you <3)

Congratulations to all winners!
More details about the results can be found in the TIA-thread.
And everyone, who has not won anything here, please do not mourn this. Each and everyone of you is important and only together we can rightfully call ourselves one of the best roleplaying communities based on NationStates, there is in existance Smile

With all of this out of the way, it is time to say “Goodbye” to 2020 and welcome the new year with open arms. The COVID-situation will hopefully resolve itself throughout the year and our roleplay will continue to thrive and develop further.

Thank you to all and everyone, who made this year a successful start into the 2020s. Keep up the good work!

See you all in the next issue,

Issue XXXII – Addendum

The Exact Results of the TIA

All awards have been awarded, all certificates were handed out, everyone was congratulated and the winners said their thanks. "What is there more to do?", you might ask yourself.

The Treasure Island Report editorial has received reader correspondence, asking for the complete results of the conducted survey. We kindly oblige to that request.
Below you can take a look at the complete results of the survey. Who has become 2nd, what has become 3rd? How close were the races?
For the TIPP another survey was conducted, where instant-runoff voting was used. These results can be seen below too.
