We received recently an application from the Secular State of Eggraria to become an observer of the World Forum:

An official statement to whosoever it may concern, dearest Speaker of the Assembly:

It is in the best interest of the Eggrarian people, held by a vote regarding the national Committee of International Relations, formed only a month prior, to allow the nation of Eggraria to reach forth a hand to the larger international body and achieve observer status within the World Forum. With such a position, we hold ourselves in a place that may respect the sovereignty of other nations as well as further easing ourselves into a more international community of nations.

With a vote of 13-1-1, the Eggrarian Committee on International Relations hereby formally requests observer status within the World Forum.

With a vote of 11-3-1, the Eggrarian Committee on International Relations hereby formally designates the representative from District 3, Octavian Smith, to be declared the representative in charge of the matters of the World Forum’s relation to Eggraria.
