Fellow South Pacificans,

As Prime Minister, on behalf of the Cabinet, I am prepared to make public the significant private discussions of Prime Minister Penguin's Cabinet pursuant to Article 2(1) of the Sunshine Act which are not classified under the exclusions of Article 2(3). 12 significant private discussions are being released at this time and 3 are being withheld in their entirety.

I wish to apologize to the Assembly for the delay in the release of these discussions and hope that the release of Prime Minister Sandaoguo's Cabinet's significant private discussions in mid-December will be done in a more timely manner. I also wish to extend our sincere gratitude to Cabinet Advisor @Nakari for her invaluable assistance on this matter.
