JANUARY 2022 SUNSHINE ACT COMPLIANCE REPORT

Fellow South Pacificans,

I come before you to announce that the High Court has released a number of threads and private discussions from 2504 Lampshade Street and #court-conference-room, consistent with the relevant provisions within the Sunshine Act. The content that is being released pertains to the consideration of various cases during the 2021 Term, as well as the review of judicial applications, and other Court business.

I hope that this disclosure will be informative for the general public and that it might even inspire some to engage with the Court and take a greater interest in its proceedings. If anyone has any questions about this disclosure or about any other issue related to the Court, please do not hesitate to reach out.
