Request for Action: Sunshine Act - Omega - 03-01-2017

The Sunshine Act stipulates:
Quote:(1) The discussions of the Cabinet shall be released every 8 months for public archival accessible to all members of The South Pacific.
and:
Quote:(2) In the event that Cabinet discussions older than 8 months have failed to be published, the current Cabinet must publish those discussions in a speedy manner.
As such I am formally petitioning the Cabinet to release all threads that are older than July 1, 2016. Thank you.

Edit: I would also like it to be made known to the general public what threads are not made public and why.
