Hello legislators!

Another month has passed in the Assembly with lots of activity.
 
There were seven votes this month. We saw the MoRA split pass, splitting it into the Ministries of Culture, Engagement, and Media, and renaming MoMA to Minister of Defense. The Citizenship and Residency Amendment that proposed separately defining “citizens” and “residents” failed. The Local Council Constitutional Laws amendment passed, allowing the Local Council to make its own constitutional laws. Pax Patronus, a treaty with the Free Nations Region, was ratified. The Assembly also merged the Cultural and Holidays Acts, and then further amended the Cultural Act. Finally, the nomination of Phoenix to the Legislator Committee was confirmed.
 
Besides the bills that went to vote, there were many other discussions. Notably, a discussion about the color of green text when making additions to a law led to Roavin adding new code that could make quote boxes without the "wrote" part (bill), as well as code for green text (bill-add) and red+strikethrough text (bill-subtract) when making amendments.
 
According to the Legislator Committee Act, in order to keep their legislator status, legislators must vote in at least half of the votes in each month (given that there were at least two votes in that month), as well as maintain a nation in the South Pacific. Since there were seven votes this month, legislators had to have voted in at least four in order to maintain legislator status. The list of legislators whose legislator statuses are being removed this month is in the table below. I noticed that Jay was proposing lots of things in the Assembly so I thought... what if I compiled the total number of proposals each user made in the Assembly this month? There were a total of 20 proposals whose debate threads were active this month, which is excluding treaties, nominations, joke proposals, and discretionary edits stuff. I am counting the original person who wrote each proposal (the MoRA split gets tricky for this "original authorship" concept, since it was a result of many people's ideas, so I've just chosen Somyrion because they wrote the majority of the bill)
